SATURDAY, NOV. 29, 2025: Ciao!Jazz featuring Third Coast Swing. This is the fifth season of 2 Stones Events’ monthly concerts with a speakeasy vibe in the lower level of Ciao Amici’s restaurant in downtown Brighton (217 W. Main). Previously named Kittens & Crooners, the series has expanded its focus on The Great American Songbook to now also include other styles of the jazz genre. There will be a "cash-only" (no cards) bar to enjoy a beverage during the two-set concert. Feel free to go upstairs for a fabulous dinner and drinks before or after the show, if you like). Each Wednesday session features two showtimes, at 8:00 and 9:45 p.m. — and there’s never a cover! Jim Alfredson served as organist and musical director of the highly successful, award-winning rhythm & blues band Root Doctor and also served as the keyboardist and primary background vocalist in the touring band for blues singer Janiva Magness. In addition to his highly-acclaimed trio, organissimo, tonight features his Dirty Fingers tribute to jazz organ great Big John Patton.

Each Wednesday session features two showtimes, at 8:00 and 9:45 p.m. — and there’s never a cover! Ian Finkelstein (AKA Ian Fink) is a pianist, producer, composer, and educator. A student of Detroit jazz luminaries such as Marcus Belgrave, Geri Allen, and Rodney Whitaker, he has been performing professionally since the age of 14 when he was a member of Detroit’s Civic Jazz Orchestra.
